Our very first Pétilliant Naturel release, Pétanco is made in a lively aperitivo style with orange zest and pink ginger characters. With subtle spritz, the palate is pithy and mineralladen, leading it to feel a little more serious. By its nature, this wine is active which means there is some sediment. Vineyard Notes
Made completely from Shiraz, fruit for this wine came from the rocky sections of our younger Block 23, planted in 2017, mainly composed of schist. Southern Cross Certified organic and biodynamic.
