Delivery Policy

Alkina primarily uses Australia Post as our Courier for wine shipments, occasionally utilising other companies where they are better suited to particular regions.

Our orders are processed from the Cellar Door in the Barossa Valley and we aim to deliver within 3-7 working days to most areas. During busy periods we apologise in advance if processing of your order takes a little longer. If you have any questions about specific time-frames to your area please contact us.

Please note, “special delivery instructions” are a guide only – we can not guarantee that they will be followed.  While every endeavour will be made to do so, it is at the delivery person’s discretion as to whether they deem the instructions safe to carry out.
