Vineyard Notes
Polygon No. 2 Grenache contributed 26% and the high tones of the wine, with Polygon No. 4 (29%) adding depth and dark fruit. The Shiraz component (28%) came from Block 5&6, including a small portion of Polygon No. 1 for added depth. The final 17% came from Block 3 Mataro. Southern Cross Certified organic and biodynamic.
